Far be it from me to defend excessive military spending, but I do think it's important to point out that the F-35's do work, they just are astronomically costly and have some issues. That being said, it is probably the most impressive fighter jet to have ever been built.

All in all, the military-industrial complex is a massive problem, I just want to be sure that our complaints are as accurate as can be.
