Show me a rich guy who hasn't cheated somewhere and his lawyer/accountant deserves a raise.
As a non-American two things hit me about this. One is the left's total preoccupation with finding Trump guilty of something they can put him in jail for. I would wager that the amount of money spent on investigations would far outweigh the recovered taxes and fines. I guess this is the revenge for what the right did to the Clintons. I would say both parties were villainous and corrupt.
The second is that the Manhattan DA seems to have a lot of trouble convicting bankers and other corporate crooks that have cost America billion$ (if not trillion$) in fraudulent activities. JP Morgan alone has been fined over 31 Billion yet Jamie Dimon is revered when he should be reviled. He is enriched while shareholders pay for his shenanigans.
Banks have been fined over $240 Billion since the financial crisis but show me a CEO criminally charged.
(BTW send a check for their fines to federal and state governments. They get credit for making loans and supporting debt restructuring).
Maybe the Manhattan DA's department needs investigating.
