As a Coloradoan, I am happy to see Denver’s STAR program make it into Tangle. It has been a great success and is something I think “both sides” can get behind. I have previously written to my U.S. reps encouraging them to fund a similar federal program. Perhaps if we flood their phone lines (as you put it) we can make this positive change together.
